Questions schools ask

Does it cost the school anything?

No. There are no licences, no per-student fees and no setup charges. Families use it free too. Pre-printed label packs are optional and sold at cost plus a small margin that keeps the service running.

Who manages it?

Nobody at the school. Each family makes and manages their own labels. If a parent has a question, they email support@cooe.au and we answer it.

What about student privacy?

A label carries a QR code and a short code, nothing else. No name, no phone number, no address. Finders send a message through Cooe and never see the parent's details. Labels are registered to a parent's email, not a child's.

Can we put our school logo on it?

On anything you send to families, yes. The label itself stays Cooe-branded so finders recognise what to do with it.

Can we try it with one class first?

Yes. It works for one family or the whole school, and there is nothing to switch on or off. Many schools start with the year levels that lose the most hats.
